If your children or siblings are going to private elementary or secondary schools and you or your parents are paying tuition to the schools,  please click here for an additional form for you to fill out. This information may enable the university to award you an increased grant.


Please include a detailed letter of why you believe that your sending your children to these private schools is not a luxury but a necessity.
